Boy charged following shotgun blast

A 16-year-old boy from West London has been charged after allegedly firing a shotgun and making death threats following a late night incident at Brunel bus station.
The individual, who cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear before Maidenhead Youth Court tomorrow morning after being charged with being in possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and threats to kill.
The incident took place just after midnight on Sunday morning (28/02) and police are now appealing for two black men, who are believed to have witnessed the incident, to come forward.
Supt Chris Ward, of the Berks East BCU, said: "Our officers are highly skilled, which was demonstrated in this incident by their quick and effective response."
No one was injured during the incident at the Bath Road site where a shotgun was later recovered.
