Kate Webb

A NEW face is taking over at the head of East Berkshire College in Langley.

Kate Webb is taking over from principal Jean Robertson, who has successfully led the college for nearly seven years.

She said: "I feel really privileged to become the Principal of East Berkshire College. I have seen Jean Robertson make a real difference to the College and the individuals, businesses and communities it serves. I am delighted to have the opportunity to continue to make that difference.

"I am very excited to work with such an outstanding group of staff and students to ensure the College continues to provide a quality service and every learner is able to gain the qualification or outcome they deserve. Working together we can achieve great things."

She is already a familiar face at the Station Road campus having been Vice Principal for Curriculum and Quality at the College since 2005.

For more information on the college, visit www.eastberks.ac.uk or call 0845 373 2500.
