Man charged with gold thefts
A 26-year-old man has been charged in connection with a spate of gold thefts.
Roberto Tascon-Grisales, of Albert Carr Gardens, Lambeth, has been charged with conspiracy to burgle properties in Berkshire and Bedfordshire.
The charges includes five burglaries in the Thames Valley Police area - Elliman Avenue, Slough, on May 18, two burglaries at the same property in Rosedale Crescent, Earley, on June 1 and December 9, a burglary in Woodmere Close, Lower Earley, on December 20 and a burglary in Old Bath Road, Calcot, on November 29.
He appeared at Reading Magistrates' Court on Monday where he was remanded in custody and sent to Reading Crown Court for trial on April 26.
