BREAKING NEWS: Body found in river
THE body of a man has been pulled out of the Jubilee River this morning.
Police were called to the river in Eton at around 8.40am by a member of the public who found the body.
The river was immediately searched and the body was found near Pococks Lane between Datchet and Eton, at around 9.30am.
A Thames Valley Police spokeswoman said inquiries are being made to determine whether the body is one of the two missing men from Slough.
The missing men are Jordan Bartlett, 19, of Biddles Close, Cippenham, who was reported missing to police on Friday, May 4, and Gurdip Kang, 49, of Shaggy Calf Lane, Slough, who was reported missing on Saturday, May 5.
There has not yet been a formal identification.
The death is being treated as unexplained.
