THE best ever results were welcomed by delighted staff and students.
The school, in Shaggy Calf Lane, saw 97% of students achieve a pass with 60% of youngsters achieving an A*-C grade - a massive 29% increase on last year's results.
Tim Plumtree, head of sixth form, said: "We are extremely pleased with our A-level results. The majority of our students have met the entrance requirements set by their universities.
"We are in our fourth year of offering A-levels, so we are still quite a young sixth form, but our results have continued to go up steadily."
The school, which has 24 students, celebrated a 4% pass rate increase.
