PLANS for a new secondary school in South Bucks have been delayed as the school 'refines’ its application.
Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy announced plans in November to move into a site on the corner of Farnham Lane and Crown Lane in Farnham Royal, but a planning application has yet to be submitted to South Bucks District Council.
A spokesman for the school said: “We are continuing to work closely with the Education Funding Agency to ensure Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy will open as planned in September 2014. We are currently refining our planning application for the Farnham Lane site and will submit it in due course.” The school had originally stated that the plans would be submitted by mid-December, despite fierce opposition from residents who live near to the site.
