PLANS for flats above a former nightclub have been thrown out.
South Bucks District Council refused plans to convert the first floor of Pandoras in Uxbridge Road, George Green, into two two-bedroom flats on Wednesday, October 8, on the grounds it would be a 'juxtaposition with other permitted uses’.
The council approved plans in May to convert the former nightclub into a Enterprise Rent-a-Car, but felt the proposed private amenity space for the flats 'would not be practical, conveniently located or useable’.
The plans also included the conversion of roof space in to one flat.
