Man rescued after fire starts in flat
Firefighters guided an elderly man to safety during a flat fire at Longwood Avenue, Langley last night.
They were called at 7.30pm and Firefighter John Ellis came to the aid of the man who had suffered smoke inhalation.
He was taken to Wexham Park Hospital, Slough.
Firefighters were on the scene for two hours.
