Firefighters from Slough and Langley put out a blaze in a kitchen cooker last night.
The teams went to Glentworth Place in Cippenham at 9.30pm to find the cooker ablaze and had to wear two sets of breathing apparatus as they battled the fire with a hose reel and extinguisher.
They were there 45 minutes.
The house suffered smoke damage but the residents were safely outside when the fire crews arrived.
