PAUL THOMAS WRITES: Just two weeks after my exclusive interview with mushroom maestro and top Italian chef Antonio Carluccio here he is with his copy of the Royal Borough Observer at his funghi festival at Windsor Royal Shopping today. The festival runs until tomorrow afternoon with lots of food deals.
Signor Carluccio was delighted to be in Windsor. He said: "This is my favourite festival venue. It is the best, I just love it here in Windsor."
