A DRUNK commuter launched a racist rant at a cleaner - while urinating on the floor of a train station lavatory, a court heard.
Peter Haddon, 57, of James Meadow, Slough, branded the man a 'foolish alien’ and told him to 'go back to his own country’ in the outburst at London’s Waterloo Station on November 18.
Boozed up Haddon had clambered over the toilet turnstile, entered a cubicle and dropped his trousers, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard on Tuesday (16).
The security supervisor then 'made a mess all over the floor’ as he turned around to abuse his hard-working victim, said prosecutor Kate Shilton.
He then shouted 'you foolish alien, go back to your country, we do not want you here’.
Another commuter reported Haddon to police and he was arrested.
Haddon admitted racially aggravated harassment.
Magistrates handed Haddon a conditional discharge and ordered him to pay £200 compensation after he admitted racially aggravated harassment.
He must also pay £50 victim surcharge and £50 costs.
