PROUD parents were delighted when their little cuties were presented with prizes after taking the top spots in this year’s Super Tots competition.

Votes flooded in from Observer readers for their favourite babies and toddlers in the annual competition run by The Observer and Premier Promotions.

Canvases of the little bundles of joy were presented to parents at The Observer’s offices on Monday.

Archie Brennan, three, was the winner in the 19 months to six years boys category. Mum Zoe Clark, from Burnham, said: “We were really happy when he won, his category was quite strong – we didn’t expect him to win.” The 19 months to six years girls category was won by Naomi Edwards, who turns two on New Year’s Day.

Mum Catherine Edwards, from Cippenham, said: “Her dad won a beauty competition when he was younger so she’s following in his footsteps!” She plans to put the canvas up in their living room.

Sienna-Rose Carroll, one, won the 0-18 months age category. Dad Matthew Carroll said: “She was taking part in her first competition, we’re very proud. It’s fantastic.” He said the canvas will take pride of place in their front room when they get a new flat.
