A WITNESS appeal has been launched after a man in a mobility scooter was attacked by a gang of thugs.
At around 5pm on Sunday, the 64-year-old victim was in Granville Avenue, travelling on a mobility scooter from Baylis Park, along Cinder Path and into Granville Avenue.
An unknown number of offenders attacked him from behind.
The man sustained bruising and cuts to his face and forehead and was taken to Wexham Park Hospital for treatment. He has since been discharged.
There is no description of the offenders available at this stage.
