SINGH Sabha Slough senior and junior teams have joined forces to take on sides from across the midlands, London, Derby, Leicester and Kent in the Khalsa Football Federation tournament held at Evesham in Birmingham.
Both teams were facing tough opponents but came through the group stages and semi-finals. The final saw the senior team bring home the champions trophy after beating GSA FC 4-2.
The juniors played with courage and determination and held the eventual winners at half-time, but fatigue and two quick goals saw under-11 tournament winners Punjab United Derby win 3-0.
