STOKE Green saw their incredible winning run in the Thames Valley League continue on Saturday after a 37-run victory against Falkland.

Sukh Dhillon has led his side to six successive wins as Stoke reach the half-way point in the season top of Division One.

In a low scoring game, Stoke batted first and made 113 all out from 47.3 overs.

Saud Ahmed top-scored with 23 while Zulfi Butt (21*), Fahad Masood (16) and Anaib Mehmood (10) were the only other batsman to reach double figures.

Paul Jenkins was the pick of the bowlers with his figures of 3-15.

Falkland were skittled for just 76 in reply as Sajid Aziz bagged six wickets (6-37) and Butt the other four (4-29).

Craig Williams (20), Matt Richardson (15*) and Hamza Riazuddin (12) were the only batsman to put up any resistance.

Stoke now have a healthy 25-point lead at the top of the table and begin the second half of season with a visit from Boyne Hill on Saturday (1pm start).

Boyne Hill have moved up two places to sixth in the table following a 34-run win against Chesham.

Hamid Riaz cracked a century from just 101 balls as Boyne Hill reached 213-6 after 52 overs.

His innings included 11 fours and three sixes, and a 168-run partnership with Muhammad Irfan (68). Zanoxolo Kwatsha (3-39) was the best of the Chesham bowlers.

In reply, the visiting team were bowled out for 179 in the 46th over. Kwatsha (49) and Jason Rance (44) provided the backbone to the innings.

Ziya Mohammed was the destroyer-in-chief with his five wicket haul (5-45).

Windsor remain bottom of the table and without a win after a three-wicket defeat to Marlow at Home Park.

Justin Granger led from the front with his knock of 34 as Windsor reached 154 all out from 44.1 overs.

Benjamin Durrant took 4-59 in defence on the total though Marlow reached 155-7 in the 53rd over for the win.

Windsor, already 57 points from safety, travel to Kew on Saturday.

In Division 2A, North Maidenhead suffered a 10-wicket defeat at the hands of Finchampstead 2s. Maidenhead & Bray lost by eight wickets at Harefield 2s.

Slough 2s remain in third place in Division 2B after a four-wicket victory against Thatcham Town.
