HUNTERCOMBE FC will win the East Berkshire Premier Division this season, according to the Observer’s poll.
The Observer invited readers to take part in its first East Berkshire League online poll and have their say on the race for the title.
Huntercombe are new to the Premier this year having won promotion as Division One runners-up last term.
However, voters believe the ‘steamteam’, as they are affectionately known, can overcome inexperience at the top flight and succeed.
Huntercombe won with 15.85 per cent of the vote, narrowly edging Iver, who finished second with 15.24 per cent.
The newly-formed Windsor took third place with 12.80 per cent of the vote.
The Observer will launch a new online poll tomorrow (Friday). Who will win East Berkshire Division One? Vote now and have your say.
