The 23-year-old defenceman learned his hockey in Bracknell before heading to Chelmsford in 2011/12, where he played a complete English National League season.
He stayed in the ENL for 2012/13, moving to Invicta where he appeared 11 times before completing the season with five games for Hornets.
Jets head coach Craig Moran said: āI would like to welcome Tom to Slough.
"Tom spoke to me earlier in the season and we wanted to make this happen but registration difficulties at the time stopped that happening.
"With those now solved Iām delighted to have signed Tom and he will be joining us full time from this weekend. Hopefully he will become a big part of this team, I like his style of play and I know he will fit in well in the room.ā
