CHILTERN DISTRICT COUNCIL AND SOUTH BUCKS DISTRICT COUNCIL COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE LEVY REGULATIONS 2010 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF APPROVAL OF CHARGING SCHEDULE Chiltern District Council and South Bucks District Council'srespective Community InfrastructureLevy Draft Charging Schedules ("the CIL Charging Schedules") were subject to an independent examination in public on 5November 2019. Following the examination the Examiner issued his findings in aReport,receivedby the said Councils on 13 December 2019, which concluded thatsubject to the making of amodification to Tables 1 and 2sothatLarge Sites aredefined as "anysite allocated in an emerging/adopted Local Plan with 400 homes or more(gross) or 10 hectares or more(gross), irrespective of land use and include anyparcel within aLarge Site irrespective of the sizeofthe parcel" the CIL Charging Schedules satisfy the drafting requirements.Hetherefore recommended thatthe draft CIL Charging Schedules be approved. The said modification to Tables 1and 2 of the respective CIL Charging Schedule wasmade by each Council.

On 7January 2020 Chiltern District Council approved its CIL Charging Schedule.On15January 2020 South Bucks District Council approved its CIL Charging Schedule. The adopted CIL Charging Schedules areeffective on and from 17 February 2020.
