CHILTERN DISTRICT COUNCIL NOTICE UNDER SECTION 123 (2) (A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 LAND AT WATCHET LANE, HOLMER GREEN
Notice is hereby given under the above Act of the intention of Chiltern District Council to lease an area of land of approximately 14.5 acres (5.877 hectares) of open space land at Watchet Lane, Holmer Green on a long lease to Little Missenden Parish Council for the continued use as a sports ground. A plan showing the land in question is available for inspection at Chiltern District Council Offices, King George V House, King George V Road, Amersham, HP6 5AW. Any objection to the proposed lease should be sent in writing to the Head of Environment, Chiltern District Council, King George V House, King George V Road, Amersham, HP6 5AW not later than Friday 20th March 2020.
