The Buckinghamshire Council (Traffic Movement) Order 2021 (Amendment No *) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect oftheOrderisto:
Introduce
- Static - Disabled Badge Holder bays, Limited Waiting 2 Hours No Return 2 Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, No waiting 6pm-8am Except Taxis,
No waiting at any time, No waiting at any time/No loading Monday-Friday 7am-10am and 4pm-6.30pm, No waiting/no loading at any time, Permit Holder only.
- Speed - 30 miles per hour (mph), 40 mph, 50 mph and apply national speed limits on some sections of road where street lighting is present.
- Prohibition of movement - Introduce bus only lanes, No left turn, No U turn, Prohibition of motor vehicles.
Remove
- Static - Limited waiting mon-Fri 8am-5pm 2hrs no return within 4 hrs, Various no waiting restrictions and various Residents Permit bays.
Prohibition of movement - Remove a no right turn, Removal of a bus lane. At various locations across the county.

Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must made in writing by the 8th November 2021 to the Parking Manager, Transport for Buckinghamshire, New County Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury HP20 1UY or by email to

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Lent Rise Road, Burnham in the Parish of Burnham CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Lent Rise Road for approximately 65m. Alternative route: Lent Rise Road, Stomp Road, Huntercombe Lane North, Bath Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Thames Water new connection works take place commencing on 25 October 2021. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 15 October 2021
The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Swallow Street, Iver in the Parish of Iver CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Swallow Street for approximately 15m. Alternative route: Swallow Street, Slough Road, Bangors Road South, Norwood Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Affinity Water repair and replace hydrant works take place commencing on 25 October 2021. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 25 October 2021, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
