BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Village Lane, Hedgerley in the Parish of Hedgerley CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Village Lane for approximately 380 metres. Alternative route: Hedgerley Lane, Beaconsfield Common Lane, Andrew Hill Lane, Kim Lane, Village Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole testing takes place commencing on 31st January 2022 between 09:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 31st January 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration. Dated 14 January 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Commons Act 2006 Section 45(2), Bucldnghamshire Council intends to take steps to protect the land adjoining Butterfly Cottage which forms part of the common land at Littleworth Common, Burnham shown coloured red on the enclosed plan ("the Land") from unlawful interference. The plan showing the location and extent of the Land is available for inspection at the Main Reception of Buckinghamshire Council at its Walton Street Offices at Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA and at Burnham Community Library, Windsor Lane, Burnham, SL1 7HR during normal opening hours.
