London Borough of Harrow Proposed Pay & Display duration increase -Brigade Close Housing Land Car Park The Harrow (Housing Land Off-Street Parking Places) Traffic Order 2017
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Harrow proposes to make the above mentioned order under Sections 32, 33, 35, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
2. The Harrow (Housing Land Off Street Parking Places) Traffic Order 2017 proposes to increase the pay and display duration in Brigade Close housing land car park, to now include Sundays. This is to facilitate visitors to the community hall who are currently prevented from paying to park on Sundays, as the car park is permit holders only on Sundays. The proposal would allow pay and display users to park up to Midnight, on a Sunday. The tariff remains unchanged. The order also proposes to revoke The Harrow (Housing Land Off Street Parking Places) Traffic Order 2016 and continue in force its provisions with no other changes, except those already proposed above.
3. A copy of the proposed amendment orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the orders are available for inspection between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the Civic Centre, until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published. 4. All objections and other representations relating to the proposed order must be made in writing and received at the address given below quoting reference DP2017-18 not later than 13th September 2017.
All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
