LONDON BOROUGH OF HARROW LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION - NEW PREMISES
18th October 2017 - 15th November 2017 NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: LKL Harrow Ltd, at the premises known as: Lahore Kebab, 215 - 219, High Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA5 5EE has applied to the London Borough of Harrow for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:
To permit the premises to open to the public: Sunday to Saturday 12:00 - 00:00, The times the licence authorises the carrying out of licensable activities: Late night refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00 - 00:00; Recorded music Sunday to Saturday 12:00 - 23:00.
Anyone wishing to oppose this application must do so in writing to the Head of Community Directorate, London Borough of Harrow, Civic Centre, PO Box 18, Station Road, Harrow, Middlesex not later than 28 days from the date shown at the top of this notice. Objections must be based on one or more of the four licensing objectives: prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Please note that any petitions must follow certain rules. Copies of these objections will initially be sent to the applicant for their consideration. Persons objecting to the grant of licences must be prepared to attend in person at a public hearing before the licensing committee of the council. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
