London Borough of Harrow Proposed zebra crossings - Marsh Road and Rayners Lane
1. Notice is hereby given that the London Borough of Harrow in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, intends to implement three parallel crossings to facilitate cyclists crossing the road, at the following locations;
(a) New Zebra/Cyclist parallel crossing in Rayners Lane, Pinner, north of its junction with Whittington Way and Suffolk Road, at Yeading Brook.
(b) New Zebra/Cyclist parallel crossing in Marsh Road, Pinner, between its junction with Cecil Park and The Chase.
(c) Modification of the existing Zebra crossing to a Zebra/Cyclist parallel crossing opposite No. 149 Marsh Road, Pinner.
