Notice is hereby given that the Council INTENDS TO MAKE The Buckinghamshire County Council (Black Park Road and A412 Uxbridge Road, Buckinghamshire) (Prohibition of Right Turn and U - Turn) Experimental Traffic Regulation Order, 2019 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Experimental Order is to introduce various traffic restrictions on Black Park Road and on the A412. This will enable us to gather data from the site as well as views of the road user for the first 6 months of operation. These will be implemented with a revised kerbing and island layout to prevent these manoeuvres. A copy of the proposed Order and plans showing the lengths of road referred to, with a copy of the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury.
