THREE men have been charged in connection with the theft of a fish from a private lake.
Jack Beldom, 41, of Montrose Way, Datchet, Ricky John Taylor, 24, of Foundary Lane, Horton, and Mickey Smith, 27, of Sutton Lane, Slough, have all been charged with one count of taking fish without a licence and one count of attempting to take or destroy fish (angling in daytime).
They were arrested after police were called to an area near Lockinge Church, in Wantage, Oxfordshire, on Thursday, last week.
Police were called out to reports of a suspicious vehicle in the area.
The men have been released on bail to appear before Oxford Magistrates' Court on May 4.
