AN 18-YEAR-OLD woman was raped by two men at 11pm last night in a Slough park.

The woman was in Salt Hill Park with a group of four men before she was taken into the bushes and raped by two of the them.

The four ran away after towards A4 Bath Road. The teen had cuts to her head. Police were called by a member of the public and found the victim with her female friend.

Det Insp Stuart Brangwin, from Slough Force CID, said: “Detectives are investigating the circumstances of the rape and we are appealing for anyone who was in the park at the time of the incident or who may have witnessed the events to contact police.

“Incidents of this nature are rare. There will be increased patrols in the area and anyone with any concerns can approach an officer or call 101 to speak to your local neighbourhood team.” The ambulance service attended and took the woman to hospital. She has since been discharged and is being supported by specially-trained officers.

The offenders were black and were accompanied by a further two men who were also black. No further description of the offenders or potential witnesses are currently available.

It follows a 17-year-old girl being rape by a gang of men in woods near the Jubilee river, Slough, in June.
