MEMBERS of the public will get the opportunity to view building work on the 'iconic’ The Curve - the new library and culture centre in the town centre off the Bath Road.
The Curve’s open days will be Friday, March 6, and Saturday, March 7.
Council bosses hope it will open in William Street, site of the Old Library, in December.
The tour will include an introduction to The Curve, what it will look like when completed, and an insight into the many careers in construction.
Cllr James Swindlehurst, Slough Borough Council deputy leader, said 50 residents will have a 'sneak peak at this iconic building’.
The commissioner for neighbourhoods and renewal added: “This is a great opportunity for people to see The Curve being built close up and get an intimate look at proposals for the future.” Staffers were given a tour of the building on Monday (23).
