DRIVERS are being warned of surface water flooding across roads in Slough and the Royal Borough due to the ongoing heavy rain.
Flash flooding has been reported in Colnbrook, Datchet, Poyle and areas of Maidenhead so far today.
Slough Borough Council has released a list of roads confirmed as affected:
-Edinburgh Avenue (closed by fire service)
-Farnham Road area
-Sheffield Avenue
-Burnham Lane

A council spokesman added: "Our highways team are inspecting and will be enforcing road closures where necessary.
"We advise motorists to avoid these areas if they can – and take extra care on the roads wherever they’re travelling."

A Met Office yellow warning for rainfall in Berkshire is currently in place until 6pm.
