A man is wanted by police after he drove away from the scene of a collision with a pedestrian.

At about 7.50pm on Wednesday, March 1 a pedestrian was hit by a silver/grey car in Stoke Road, Slough.

It’s believed that the driver of the car, described as an Asian man, stopped briefly at the scene before driving away.

The victim, a 64-year-old man was taken to Wexham Park Hospital with a broken leg which required surgery. He has since been discharged.

Thames Valley Police would like to speak to the driver of the car, and to anyone who may have witnessed the collision, to assist with the investigation.
