THIEVES that attempted to steal from a mobile phone shop are being hunted by police.

The incident took place at 5am yesterday (Monday), at a mobile phone shop in the High Street, Slough.

The two thieves drove onto the high street, before exiting and forcing entry into the shop with sledgehammers. Once inside, they attempted to access a store room, but were unsuccessful.

One of the thieves is described as a white man, of medium build, wearing a blue hoodie with grey sleves. His face was covered by an orange mask at the time of the incident.

The second thief is described as a white man of medium build, dressed in dark clothing.

Police have released CCTV footage of a man who may have vital knowledge regarding this incident.
