PATRICK WILLIAM CARLEN, 31, of Moreton Way, Slough, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a blood sample after being ordered to do so. He was fined £120, and made to pay costs of £85 and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for three years.

CHARLES FASHODA, 33, of Hatton Green, Feltham, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Maidenhead. He was ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay a £85 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for three years.

KERRY ROBERTS, 32, of Evenlode, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with an unpaid work requirement. She was fined £73 and made to pay a £60 victim surcharge.

DARREN LEE GUNN, 57, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to two counts of threatening behaviour in Windsor one to a member of the public and one to a police officer. He also pleaded guilty to criminal damage, by smearing faeces and spraying urine over the inside of his prison cell. He was jailed for 28 weeks, as he was under a number of suspended sentences and had a long criminal history, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

BRANDON CHARLES LAWRENCE , 41, of James Street, Windsor, pleaded guilty to theft from a shop and failing to surrender to court. He was fined £120 for the theft, and £75 for failing to surrender, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £30.

MARTIN MCDONAGH, 33, of Marlow Road, Stokenchurch, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order. He was jailed for 18 weeks due to the impact on the victims, and placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting them. He was made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

IAN EDWARD SCOTT, 30, of Hatton Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to stalking. He was fined £230, and placed under a restraining order preventing him from contacting his victim. He was also made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

TROY CHARLES SLATER, 21, of Dean Mead Road, Langley, pleaded guilty to stealing clothing worth £79 from TK Maxx in Slough. He was fined £60, and made to pay £50 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

In a separate case, Slater pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He was fined £100, and made to pay a £50 victim surcharge.

GEORGE COLIN MUNCEY, 29, of Halfpenny Lane, Sunningdale, pleaded guilty to assaulting a woman. He was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

SEAN ANTHONY BALE, 26, of Moreland Avenue, Colnbrook, pleaded guilty to stealing a power cutter, possession of a weapon (a catapault), and resisting a police officer. He was ordered to complete 100 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £85 costs and a £85 victim surcharge.

AIDEN JOHN GREENWOOD, 24, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing a power cutter and resisting a police officer. He was ordered to complete 52 hours of unpaid work, and made to pay £85 costs and a a £85 victim surcharge.

SABRINA TRUDY JOHNSON, 31, of Featherstone Road, Southall, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage at Jump Giant, Colnbrook, and to assaulting two women. She was made to pay compensation of £100 for damaging a metal pole, and £335 for damaging a card reading machine, and was ordered to complete 60 hours of unpaid work.

JEFFREY LEONARD MALLION, 46, of Eltham Avenue, Slough, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine and being in control of a tractor while under the influence of drugs. He was discharged conditionally for 24 months and made a £20 victim surcharge. He was given 10 points on his licence.

MARIUSZ WALCZYK, 43, of Welland Close, Slough, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was placed under a community order in which he must attend regular appointments with a police officer, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

CATIA FILIPA DA FONSECA FERREIRA, 22, of Yiewsley High Street, Yiewsley, pleaded guilty to boarding a train in Slough without a valid ticket. She was made to pay a £20 fine, along with a £30 victim surcharge and £3.90 compensation.
