DIONNE WALKER, 40, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to violating a criminal behaviour order preventing her from begging in Windsor. She was jailed for eight weeks, due to a number of previous breaches, and was made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

LISA CATHERINE HARDING, 44, of Upton Hotel, Slough, pleaded guilty to stealing items worth £251from TK Maxx in Slough. She was given a four week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, and made to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

NUNO LUIS VINAGRE, 43, of Elizabeth Walk, Reading, pleaded guilty to driving without insurance. He was fined £100, and made to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He was also given six points on his licence.

MIREL TABACARU, 36, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to assaulting a man, assaulting a woman, damaging a glass panel at Poundland, stealing washing tablets and toiletries from Poundland, and threatening behaviour towards the staff there. All the above offences happened in Slough. He was ordered to complete 250 hours of unpaid work, and a £85 victim surcharge. He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation to both people he assaulted, as well as £23 in compensation to Poundland.

AARON GRAHAM JONES, 31, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing £241 worth of items from Wilkinsons in Slough. He was made to pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge. He was given a four week prisons sentence, suspended for 12 months.

THOMAS LEGGATT, 20, of Barn Drive, Maidenhead, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £250, and made to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BRIAN THOMAS SPURLING, 60, of Keats Way, West Drayton, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour against a person in Maidnehead, after originally pleading not guilty. He was fined £450, and made to pay £250 compensation and a £45 victim surcharge. He was also made to pay £620.

DAWA ALI, 36, of Arthur Road, Slough, was proved in her absence to have used a train without paying the full cost of her fare. She was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £10 compensation.

CARL D’ALTON, 21, of Elia Street, London, was proved in his absence to have used a train without a valid ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £2.70 compensation.

KASHIFF FENTON, 19, of Victoria Crescent, Iver, was proved in his absence to have used a train without a valid ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £5.70 compensation.

MARCUS HARCUP, 45, of Cowper Road, Slough, was proved in his absence to have used a train in Taplow without a valid ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £2.50 compensation.

EDWARD JOHN HAYES, 33, of Cowper Road, Slough, was proved in his absence to have used a train in Taplow without a valid ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £7.70 compensation.

JASON JONES, 38, of Hunters Way, Slough, was proved in his absence to have refused to hand over his ticket for inspection when asked to do so. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £2.70 compensation.

JOSEPH DAVID SETTY, 28, of Crouch Oak Lane, Addlestone, was proved in his absence to have used a train in Windsor without a valid ticket. He was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £3.80 compensation.

CHARLOTTE JOY SMITH, 27, of Black Horse Close, Windsor, was proved in her absence to have used a train in Slough without a valid ticket. She was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £5.10 compensation.

DAVID SCARESBROOK, 43, of Shackleton Road, Slough, was proved in her absence to have used a train in Slough without a valid ticket. She was fined £220, in addition to £160 costs and a £30 victim surcharge, along with £9.30 compensation.

HELENA QUARTEY, 33, of Heatherington Close, Slough, pleaded guilty to failing to report a road accident and driving without due care and attention. She was fined £100 for failing to report, and £200 for careless driving, in addition to £100 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
