The Zombies will be loose again in the streets of Maidenhead this Hallowe’en next Saturday.
Now in its sixth official year the annual zombie walk hopes to attract as many as 300 people.
It starts at The Maiden’s Head pub from 3pm where FX make up artists will zombify you for a small fee - using lots of make-up and fake blood.
The parade sets off at 5pm heading down the High Street past the Boy and the Boat statue and back through the Nicholson’s Walk Shopping Centre, ending up back at The Maiden’s Head for a zombie themed kids show presented by Mark’s Magical Mayhem. A disco for adults will follow in the evening.
The walk is free to join in but all proceeds taken at the events will go to the Kevin Cruise Foundation which aims to help disadvantaged children experience theatre behind the scenes and on stage.
