Burnham Lodge residential care home in Parliament Lane was the location for a meeting of health and adult social care practitioners and experts - who came together to discuss a collaborative approach towards dementia in the local community.
The Manager of Burnham Lodge Seva Hashimova joined Alex Lukjaniec, Peter Clarke and Millie Carr from Wexham Park Hospital's dementia care team for the proactive session.
Local GP Dr Simon Daley and Shirley Shaw from the Burnham Primary Care Trust were also in attendance, among the 10 who shared their observations and thoughts about ways of supporting patients and residents living with dementia.
