A 37-year-old Slough man has been charged with five counts under the Terrorism Act.
Mohamed Kuwaldeen, of Richmond Crescent, Slough was charged today with collecting information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism under section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
He has been remanded into custody to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) Officers from Counter Terrorism Policing South East (CTPSE) swooped a week ago on an address in Slough, arresting a man before conducting a search of the property.
They later thanked members of the community for their patience and said that there had been no imminent threat to the public in Slough.
