Air ambulance halts traffic on the M4
Traffic on the M4 ground to a halt between J4B M25 and J5 A4 London Road (Langley) this afternoon.
Traffic was halted at 12.40pm both ways on the motorway to safely allow an air ambulance to land on the main carriageway.
The authorities have not yet confirmed what has happened and how many people are injured.
Eastbound was released at around 1.15pm and westbound 40 minutes later.
