A bereavement charity is calling on people to help at a Shakespeare production in aid of the charity.
The Garden Players will put on performances of The Tempest at Stubbings House, Maidenhead, for Child Bereavement UK, based in Saunderton, Buckinghamshire.
The charity supports families and educates professionals both when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, and when a child is facing bereavement.
The performances will take place between 18 and 22 June and eight volunteers are needed for each evening for a variety of duties, including manning the entrance, selling raffle tickets, helping with refreshments and car park marshalling.
Jane Thompson who previously volunteered for the charity at Stubbings House said: “It was great fun selling raffle tickets and helping out.
“Everyone was so friendly and it was great to be able to watch the production from the sidelines.
“The setting was magical and it was a lovely way to spend a summer’s evening.”
