Bucks New University has risen 90 places in the Complete University Guide's student satisfaction ranking.
The High Wycombe university is now ranked joint 29th across the UK.The University currently ranks 5th for academic services spend, including investment in the library, IT and computing facilities,
Overall, Bucks' score rose significantly from 383 to 528 across the Guide’s ten focus areas:
• Entry Standards
• Student Satisfaction
• Academic services spend
• Facilities spend
• Good honours
• Research quality
• Research intensity
• Graduate prospects
• Degree completion
• Student/ staff ratio
Vice-Chancellor Professor Nick Braisby said: “We continually strive to provide our students with the best possible experience and I’m delighted that we have risen in this year’s table. This is a good achievement and one of which we are immensely proud.”
Lauren O’Shea, President of Bucks Students’ Union, said: “It’s so encouraging that our students continue to rate us so highly and share their positive thoughts about their Union. We continue to strive to deliver a great quality service and opportunities for students.”
