Harry and Meghan have named their newborn son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
The couple announced the baby boy’s name on their Instagram account, after he had been introduced to the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh, with the Duchess of Sussex’s mother Doria Ragland also present.
They wrote: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pleased to announce they have named their first-born child Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
“This afternoon Their Royal Highnesses introduced Her Majesty the Queen to her eighth great-grandchild at Windsor Castle.
“The Duke of Edinburgh and the Duchess’ mother were also present for this special occasion.”
One reader, Mandy Webb, even suggested Archibald on social media, joking: “Archibald bald as thats what is dad is becoming.”
