The man stabbed to death in the Tesco car park in Slough on Wednesday has been named as Mohammed Nadeem according to the media in India.

Police were called to the car park at 12.30pm. A South Central ambulance team rushed the 24-year-old victim to hospital but he was pronounced dead.

A 25-year-old man has been arrested.

Reports in the Indian media quote a family friend of Nadeem's in his home town in Hyderabad as saying that Nadeem's parents and wife called the supermarket management when he did not return home and that security staff found his body.

It is believed that his wife only joined him in England a month ago and is pregnant.

He is understood to have come to London in 2012 after graduating from college.

His identity has not been formally released in England.
