Fifty-six drivers were slapped with fines for breaching the three-tonne weight limit on Marlow Bridge on Monday morning - and police have warned: "We will be back".
Police were patrolling the bridge in a bid to catch the drivers of overweight vehicles who were flouting the weight limit - and 56 fixed penalty notices were handed out.
Marlow Bridge was forced to shut for two months in 2016 after a Lithuanian HGV crossed the bridge and got stuck.

The bridge had to be checked for safety issues following the breach - and hundreds of vehicles have been spotted crossing it since then, despite repeated warnings and increased safety measures.
Police urged drivers to check their vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number plate - which displays the car's unique features, specifications and manufacturer.
Officers added: "If its over three tonnes, use a different route. We will be back."
