A CHARITY cycle ride has raised more than £2,500 to help people with cancer.
The money was donated to My Cancer, My Choices after a 30km fundraiser, with help from Reading Matins Rotary Club.
Cyclists set off from Christchurch Meadows in Caversham, assisted by a team of willing volunteers and marshals.
My Cancer, My Choices helps in excess of 700 local patients each year from the moment of diagnosis.
The charity offers complimentary therapy and support for those undergoing treatment.
It is hoped by all involved that this will become an annual event.
