A road in High Wycombe was struck by two separate burglaries on Friday night.

The two burglaries, which police believe to be linked, occurred on Marlow Road. The perpetrators are said to be two men with tanned skin, around 6ft tall, with a stocky build as well as being clean shaven with short dark hair.

At approximately 12.25am, a property was broken into with entry gained through a downstairs window.

The victim, a woman in her 90s, woke up and saw the two men in her bedroom who then fled on foot. Nothing was taken.

At some point between 7pm on Friday and 7am Saturday, another burglary occurred when the patio doors of a property were smashed, and a radio was taken from the property.
