Fire crews from Langley, Slough and Gerrards Cross raced to a house in Thorney Lane South, Iver at 9pm on Friday night after a bonfire got out of hand.
They spent an hour there.
The blaze caused some smoke damage to fencing.
Firefighters are warning people to take care where they start bonfires and not to put unsuitable or dangerously flamable material on them.
