Slough Senior Citizens Group celebrated International Older Person's Day 2019 on Tuesday with fun, fitness and guest speakers at the Copthorne Hotel.

Keeping fit was the theme and instructors Justine Clifford, Caroline Brindle and Emily Lockhart were on hand to show guests how it is done. There was singing and dancing as well as a sitar recital.

Lord Lieutenant of Royal County of Berkshire James Puxley, Slough's major Cllr Avtar Kaur Cheema and physician Doctor BK Jha were among the guests who joined members of the Slough group.

Founder of the Slough Senior Citizens Group Vijaya Gupta said the day was a great success.
