Long delays on both M3 and M27 this morning
DRIVERS are facing long delays on both the M27 and M3 this morning.
Traffic chiefs are warning of delays of up to 40 minutes on the M3.
The delays are on the northbound carriageway and are due to a broken down vehicle between junction nine and the A33 Winchester Bypass.
Meanwhile, motorists are also facing delays on the M27 near Fareham.
One lane was blocked westbound between junction nine for Park Gate and junction eight for Bursledon earlier due to a broken down vehicle.
That vehicle has been cleared but drivers are still facing "heavy delays".
