The 14-year-old boy arrested after a teenager was stabbed in Cippenham on Tuesday has been committed for trial.
The attack happened in Bantry Road on Tuesday shortly before 3pm.
A 17-year-old teenager was taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The 14-year-old was charged on Wednesday with causing grievous bodily harm, assaulting an emergency service worker and being in possession of a bladed instrument.
He appeared at Reading Magistrates Court today and was sent for trial at Reading Crown Court on December 9.
He was committed to secure accommodation provided by Slough Borough Council.
