The Rotary Clubs of Marlow have confirmed which roads in Marlow will be shut when the town’s annual Santa Fun Run will take place.

The charity run will take place on Sunday, December 1 with approximately 3,000 people taking part and roughly 2,500 spectators attending.

And with the race two weeks ago, here is the list of roads that will shut on the day:

Marlow Bridge, High Street (closed 9.20am to around 11.30am).

Spittal Street (closed 9.20am to around 10am)

Glade Road (closed 9.20am to around 10.30am)

Station Road, Dedmere Road, Fieldhouse Lane, Westhorpe Road and Wiltshire Road (closed 9.20am to around 10.30am)

Parkway (open throughout but drive with care)

Fieldhouse Lane, Lock Road, Mill Road, Station Road, and back across the High Street (closed 9.30am to circa 11.30am).

Please not that some of the roads may open slightly earlier dependent on the progress of the runners, and that the road closures have all been authorised by Transport for Bucks and Wycombe District Council.

Residents and businesses who live or are based on the affected roads will receive letters confirming the above details.

The event will see runners congregate in Higginson Park from around 8.30am, with the race starting an hour later.
