Conservative Dame Cheryl Gillan has kept her seat in Chesham and Amersham - maintaining a huge majority over her nearest rival. 

Dame Cheryl won 30,850 votes - with the Lib Dems candidate Dan Gallagher coming in second with less than half of that, 14,627.

Green candidate Alan Booth picked up 3,042 votes, while Labour's Matt Turmaine received 7,166 votes. 

The turnout for Chesham and Amersham was 77.2 per cent with 55,978 voters taking part. 

Elsewhere in Bucks and ousted Tory Dominic Grieve, who stood in Beaconsfield as an independent, lost his seat after 22 years to Conservative Joy Morrissey. 

And Steve Baker kept the Wycombe seat, which has been his since 2010. 

In Buckingham, which was John Bercow's seat before he stood down, Conservative Greg Smith won 37,035 votes, while Aylesbury - formerly David Lidington's seat before he announced he was quitting - Tory Rob Butler picked up the majority with 32,737.
